Our client, a law practice with two offices in Northumberland, has enjoyed a presence in the region for over 150 years. Specialising in Property, Personal and Family Law, they now seek an Office Administrator for their Blyth office.
As Office Administrator, you will:
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and visitors
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of information
Support the team with clerical duties such as typing documents, preparing reports, and managing schedules
As Office Administrator, you will need:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
