The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who brings:
5 plus years experience in FMCG commercial or account management roles
National Account Management experience; grocery experience with big 4 retail is essential
P&L ownership and forecasting experience
Strong communication skills to develop and manage key buying relationships
A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work closely within a small team
The energy to thrive in a rapidly growing, evolving business
A self-starter mindset with ambition to progress
A genuine passion for food and fresh products
Experience working with Tesco and or Sainsbury's, including Joint Business Plans, is highly advantageous.
Scope of the Role
Account management responsibility for key grocery customers
Delivering business KPIs across your accounts
Ownership of volume and value forecasts and internal P&L reporting
Supporting pricing and promotional strategy
Leading and supporting Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
Driving distribution, range reviews, and NPD listings
Collaborating cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance
