MW Roofing Ltd is expanding our team and we are looking for a reliable, skilled, and experienced Roofer to join us. With a strong reputation across the North West and beyond, we specialise in pitched roofing, flat roofing systems, reactive maintenance, commercial works, and high-quality domestic installations.

The Role
We are seeking a Roofer with at least 10 years of hands-on roofing experience to work on both residential and commercial properties., carrying out repairs, installations, and general roofing works to a high standard.
You will be responsible for:
• Carrying out pitched roof work including slating and tiling
• Installing and repairing flat roofing systems
(EPDM), Felt, Liquid systems etc.)
• Completing reactive roof repairs and maintenance
• Using company vehicles responsibly
• Ensuring high levels of workmanship and professionalism
• Communicating effectively with clients, site managers, and office staff
• Following all health & safety procedures while on-site

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum10 years roofing experience
• Strong skills in slate and tile pitched roofing
• Good knowledge of flat roof systems (at least one system essential)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve roofing issues independently
• A full UK driving licence (required)
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your work
