And to help us achieve our goals, we’re looking for the brightest talent to join our Transformation Graduate programme. \nRole overview\nOur three-year programme allows you to specialise from day one and kick-start your career in a collaborative, supportive team. You’ll start out with three six-month rotations across Business Analysis, Project Management and Business Change.
Within these areas you’ll learn how to perform discrete analysis activities across the E2E lifecycle of a product or programme as well as how to support the delivery of key internal programmes and crucial change management activities. \nIn your fourth six-month rotation, you’ll have an opportunity to try something new or explore an area you’re passionate about. Finally, in year three, you’ll do a deeper dive into that specialism and have the chance to work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship.
\nAlong the way, you’ll develop a wealth of new skills, including: \n - High level scoping \n - Process mapping and re-engineering \n - Project planning and tracking \n - Workshop facilitation \n - Change approach definition and impact assessment \n - Comms and training design and roll out \nYou’ll also have access to essential teaching resources and the support of a network of experienced colleagues to help you decide where you want to go next, whether that be developing your skills further in a role such as Junior Business Analyst or Junior PM/PMO, or building your experience as a Junior Change Manager. \nAbout the benefits \nWe know our people are the magic ingredient in our success.
