REF: MA53799 Job Title: Interim Group Finance Manager Industry: Education Employment Type: Temporary Location: London Salary Guide: £70,000 - £80,000 Benefits Overview Our client, a highly acquisitive global PE-backed group is looking for an Interim Group Finance Manager for a maternity cover. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience undertaking Group consolidations and management accounts. Description The duties and responsibilities for this Interim Group Finance Manager role include, but are not limited to: Prepare the monthly consolidated Group accounts. Prepare and review consolidations for group management and statutory accounts. Assist the CFO/FM in preparing answers to data questions from investors and lenders. Assist the CFO/FD/FM with the M&A process and new projects. Assist with other ad-hoc commercial tasks. Prepare cash forecasting reports. Assist with tax return requirements, payroll and quarterly VAT returns. Assist with cash management and treasury across the Group. Skills The skills and experience required for this Interim Group Finance Manager role include, but are not limited to: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3 years PQE. Previous Group experience in a large organisation, turnover of £400m. Exposure to multicurrency consolidations of 20 entities. Experience with OneStream or other consolidation is essential.
