About the Role
As a Motor Vehicle Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education across a range of programmes, while contributing to the development of the curriculum and strengthening employer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging teaching across Motor Vehicle programmes from Entry Level to Level 3
Take a lead role (for experienced candidates) in developing the Motor Vehicle curriculum
Build and maintain strong employer relationships to support industry placements
Plan and prepare high-quality lessons in line with curriculum requirements
Develop and share learning resources, maintaining effective links across the College
Regularly assess students, tracking and monitoring their progress to ensure achievement
Stay up to date with industry developments and integrate these into teaching practice
Requirements
Recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching within the Further Education (FE) sector
NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle
Strong organisational, communication, and classroom management skills
A passion for supporting learners to achieve their full potential
