This is a part-time role working2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday, 09:0017:00), with the opportunity to pick up additional hours as the department grows.
The Role
Youll play a key role in keeping our finance processes running smoothly, supporting invoicing, payroll preparation, and general financial administration across the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Raising and managingclient invoices(experience in social care desirable but not essential)
2. Supportingpayroll preparation, including:
* Generating timesheets
* Producing payroll reports for external accountants
3. Maintaining accurate records onXero
4. Processing purchase invoices and reconciling accounts
5. Assisting withcredit controland chasing outstanding payments
