Responsibilities
* Use your clinical experience to work with people who have a diverse range of health conditions to gain a clear understanding of how their challenges and disability affect their daily life.
* Work within an office environment and at home to complete detailed, meaningful and respectful assessments over the telephone, video or face-to-face.
* Interpret medical evidence and gather your findings into a comprehensive report to support the decision-making process by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Requirements
* Applications are invited from Occupational Therapists only for this vacancy.
* HCPC registration is required.
* At least 1 year of broad post-registration experience; UK experience is essential.
* Proactive, keen to learn and receptive to feedback.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and IT competency.

Location & Salary (illustrative examples)
Salary: £37,800 per year; Permanent - full time (Mon-Fri). Hybrid roles with a mix of remote and on-site work in locations such as Blackpool, Barrow-In-Furness, Lancaster, and surrounding areas.
