Service Care Solutions are working with an internationally regarded, Tier 1 Legal 500 company which is looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor into its Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team recognised for advising some of the world’s most prominent businesses, including major listed companies and household names. With a UK team of over 50 employment specialists, this practice is part of a truly global network and regularly manages complex, cross-border projects.
ROLE: Senior Employment Solicitor
PQE: 3 to 6 years’
SALARY: £80,000 to £100,000 + bonus scheme
The Work
The role offers exposure to a broad range of employment matters, with a balance of contentious and non-contentious work. Typical mandates include:
Day-to-day advisory support to major corporate clients.
Employment aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including TUPE, outsourcing and business transfers.
Employment tribunal and High Court litigation, as well as appellate work.
Collective issues such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE and industrial relations.
Internal investigations, including regulatory aspects.
Strategic projects involving compliance with new legislation and workforce change programmes.About You
A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 to 6 years’ PQE.
Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Strong technical ability combined with a commercial, client-focused approach.Benefits:
