GSL Education is currently seeking a resilient PRU Teaching Assistant to work in a Pupil Referral Unit in Barking and Dagenham. You will be supporting students who have been excluded from mainstream education, many with behavioural or emotional needs.
Requirements:
Prior experience in PRU or alternative provision
Ability to de-escalate challenging behaviour
Strong presence and a calm demeanour
