About the Role Working closely with other council colleagues our experienced and dedicated Surveyors and Engineers look after a very large portfolio of council assets, continually inspecting and assessing on a whole range of building issues from mechanical and electrical services, buildings fabric and structural elements and assess how the building is functioning to allow services to be delivered for our customers. Carrying out effective and efficient maintenance plays a crucial role in not only complying with health and safety law, but also in extending the life of our buildings by helping to ensure failures that could impact on services don t happen So come and join our award winning teams on this generational journey that will transform the district and contribute to the regional growth agenda.
