Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00
Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Inputting and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
* Supporting daily logistics and transport operations
* Coordinating with drivers, warehouse teams, and planners to ensure timely deliveries
* Producing delivery documentation such as manifests and proof of delivery
* Handling inbound queries via phone and email in a professional manner
* Monitoring delivery statuses and flagging any issues to relevant departments
* Filing and organising paperwork and digital records
* Providing general administrative support to the operations team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (logistics/transport experience is beneficial but not essential)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient IT skills – confident using Excel and internal systems
* A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a team
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics sector
