We are delighted to be working with a not for profit organisation linked to the healthcare/medical sector based in the heart of Marlow. In this brand new role, the successful individual will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies that raise awareness of our client's membership and education programmes and strengthens their brands. Hours - 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri or 9am - 3pm Mon to Fri. Free parking, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Duties include Marketing strategy, planning and campaign management Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to our clients objectives Support organisational growth through targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility, strengthen our client's reputation and drive engagement Plan, deliver, and evaluate integrated campaigns across digital, social media, print, broadcast and PR channels Identify and segment target audiences, refining messaging to ensure relevance and impact Recommend innovative approaches and opportunities to improve outreach, influence and impact Work closely with the team to promote membership, events, educational programmes and initiatives Content, communications and brand management Create and oversee marketing content Manage and protect the brands and maintain consistency across all communication and marketing channels Identify and manage media relations, including drafting press releases, liaising with journalists and securing coverage Digital marketing Lead digital strategy, including email marketing and social media management Monitor and analyse digital performance, using insights to optimise campaigns and improve audience engagement Explore emerging digital tools and platforms to expand outreach and enhance communications Data & reporting Track marketing and communication KPIs, producing regular reports on campaign performance, media cover and audience engagement Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, strengthen communications and improve results Ensure compliance with GDPR Skills Strategic thinking and creativity, combined with a proactive, solutions-focused mind set Collaborative team player with a 'can do' attitude, willing to support colleagues while also working independently and on own initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences Strong customer service ethic, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions Attention to detail and accuracy in content, campaigns and reporting Proven marketing experience, ideally in the healthcare sector Track record of managing campaigns and delivering measurable results Strong digital marketing expertise with a proven record of driving engagement Ability to develop insight-led marketing strategies Effective relationship management, building trust and collaboration across teams and external partners Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
