About The Role
Are you ready to work in one of the most thrilling environments in the UK? Alton Towers Resort is seeking enthusiastic and safety-conscious Ride Operators to join our world-class team. As a Ride Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating some of the most exciting rides and attractions in the country, ensuring our guests have a safe and unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate rides and attractions in accordance with strict safety procedures and regulations
* Monitor the ride’s performance and respond swiftly to any issues or concerns
* Engage with guests, answer queries, and provide a high level of customer service
* Ensure all guests follow safety instructions and ride restrictions
* Assist with loading and unloading guests from rides, always maintaining efficiency and safety
* Perform presentational checks and daily inspections of rides, reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
* Support crowd management, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone
Qualifications & Experience

* Physical stamina: This is a hands-on, outdoor role, requiring the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
* Team player: You’ll work closely with other operators, hosts, and managers to ensure a smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Compensation between GBP £11.95/Hr.-GBP £12.70/Hr.
