We are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our growing Preston team as Field Sales Executives. 1‑stage in‑person interview taking place in the first week of July.
The Role
This is a field‑based position where you will be responsible for managing accounts, generating new business opportunities, and building strong commercial relationships within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
* Identify and win new business opportunities within your territory
* Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with clients on a daily/weekly basis
* Build strong relationships with decision makers and stakeholders
* Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
* Work towards and exceed revenue and activity targets
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high level of service
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in sales, account management or customer‑facing roles is beneficial
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Target‑driven mindset with a desire to earn commission
* Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role
* Positive attitude with strong resilience and ambition
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
