Where Could This Role Take You?
This fixed-term opportunity has come about due to continued growth within the business, an exciting sign of the momentum we’re building at Paradigm. While the role is initially for 12 months, our size (over employees and a turnover exceeding £m) means there’s always potential for longer-term opportunities. The position could be extended, made permanent, or lead to other suitable roles within the organisation.
Many of our colleagues began their journey with us in temporary or interim roles and have gone on to build successful careers at Paradigm. Even if a longer-term opportunity doesn’t arise immediately, you’ll gain valuable experience, expand your skillset, and strengthen your employability in this and related fields.
