Stay informed about market developments within your business areas and communicate relevant information to clients and colleagues.
Handle new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals according to company procedures, seeking guidance when necessary.
Develop your own client portfolio, including High Net Worth clients.
Record all communications accurately and liaise with insurers, company staff, and claims handlers as needed.
Assist Directors and Managers with client servicing and promptly address telephone inquiries.
Provide quality service to existing clients, advising, arranging, and securing appropriate cover.
Obtain and assess quotations, offering alternatives where applicable.
Keep the Accounts Department updated on payments, amendments, and non-payments.
