Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Early Years We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support Early Years pupils in a nurturing and engaging environment. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education and have strong experience managing challenging behaviour in young children. You will play a key role in supporting high-quality learning experiences while working closely with both staff and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
