Bloomberg’s flagship, Terminal based buy-side offering, PM, empowers users with real-time portfolio monitoring, rapid decision-making capabilities, and flexible portfolio modification tools. We\'re looking for engineers to join our team and help us take PM to the next level.

* New Product Builds: Spearhead the introduction of innovative workflows to enhance PM functionality.
* Scale and Performance: Elevate PM to support increased capacity and faster processing, ensuring seamless performance as our user base grows.
* Insights and Automation: Develop smart, automated capabilities that detect portfolio shifts, drive rebalancing workflows, and surface proposed orders to users through scalable, API-first solutions.
* Observability: Implement advanced monitoring and analytics to optimise user experience and address performance bottlenecks effectively.
* Maintenance and Stability: Contribute to ongoing codebase improvements, ensuring compliance with the latest standards and enhancing engineering-driven quality initiatives.
You Will Need To Have
* Interest in Client-Facing Workflows: A passion for crafting user-centric solutions within a product-oriented team environment.
* Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript

* React Experience: Familiarity with React will accelerate your contributions to our front-end development efforts.
* Interest in Financial Workflows: Curiosity about financial workflows is advantageous, though prior experience is not necessary.
* Interest in UX: Enthusiasm for user experience best practices and a willingness to collaborate with UX specialists to deliver engaging interfaces.
