You will contribute to the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and support children and young people with a wide range of health needs across schools, clinics, homes and community venues.Working under the supervision of a Senior School Nurse or Team Leader, you will manage a delegated caseload and play a key role in promoting physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, early intervention and prevention.### ### Main responsibilities* Support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme across universal and targeted services* Undertake health assessments and provide evidence-based advice and interventions for children and young people* Deliver health promotion activities within schools and community settings* Support vulnerable children and families in line with safeguarding and early help frameworks* Work collaboratively with schools, families and partner agencies to improve outcomes for children and young people* Contribute to school and community-based drop-in clinics* Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service improvement initiatives* Participate in supervision, training and continuing professional development### ### About youYou will be a Registered Nurse with a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of children and young people.
