We prefer MacOS support experience. Responsibilities: We provide end-user technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. We install, configure, and upgrade desktop and laptop systems, operating systems, applications, and user profiles. We perform hardware deployments and refreshes, including equipment setup and installation, imaging and configuration, data transfer and backup, and device decommissioning or redeployment. We deliver remote and on-site technical support, including desk-side assistance. We troubleshoot and maintain workstations, peripherals, printers, and basic network connectivity issues. We use ticketing systems to manage and document support requests. We support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
