What you’ll do: Deliver top-notch customer service by resolving technical issues and keeping customers in the loop Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity problems, and collaborate with field engineers to fix hardware like routers, switches, and Wi-Fi APs Use tools such as Solarwinds and Extreme XIQ to track down problems Manage incidents and request tickets on ServiceNow with precision, escalating to senior engineers when needed Assist with hardware and vendor management, ensuring swift resolution of faults What you’ll need to apply: At least 1 years’ support experience in a busy, customer-focused service desk or NOC environment Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies A networking qualification like CCNA (or working towards it) is a big plus Strong communication – clear, calm and customer-focused Confidence working in a shift-based environment Ability to obtain BPSS, SC, and NPPV3 clearance for this role Perks of the role: You'll bag a fantastic base salary of £28,000 - £36,000 33 days holiday (including bank holidays and it gets better!) The nitty gritty: Full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week We operate a 24/7/365 rota. Standard shifts are between 8:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will also take part in a 7-day home working rota, which includes the following shift patterns: 06:00–14:30, 14:00–22:30 and 22:00–06:30. Hybrid working on the Monday to Friday shifts, with Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office and Tuesday and Friday working from home. Who Are Convergence Group?
