We're working on a unique Practice Innovation Lead role with a top tier international firm based in Leeds. This is your chance to step away from fee earning and use your legal experience to shape how lawyers work - making Lawyers' lives easier, and more efficient & effective, through smarter processes, legal tech and innovation.
You will act as the bridge between lawyers and the firm's innovation & legal tech team - identifying pain points, establishing the team's needs, driving efficiency projects, running training to boost adoption of new tools, and embedding better ways of working across the group.
You don't need to be a tech guru - just a lawyer who "gets it." Someone who's seen both the power and the pain of legal tech in action, and has a genuine drive to help make it work better.
The essentials
* Leeds-based, hybrid role with a major international firm
* Suitable for Corporate, Commercial or other transactional lawyers with 4+PQE who have had some exposure to legal tech in practice
* Full time or 4 days a week, with flexible hours options
* Typically 9-5 hours (a real change of pace from fee earning)
