Admissions and Discharge Nurse

Location: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH), Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow
Shift: Saturday and Sunday 0730-2000 (ongoing 6 months)
Salary: £325-£430 per day (fast, reliable weekly payments)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the safe, timely and appropriate care of children in the admissions and discharge paediatric nurse role.
* Demonstrate high standards of clinical practice.
* Plan the workload of a team of patients.
* Safely admit day surgery patients and care for them throughout the surgical pathway, ensuring a safe nurse-led discharge.
Essential Qualifications
* Current NMC/HCPC registration.
* Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience.
* At least 6 months recent UK experience within the last 3 years.
