Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: Strong understanding of fresh produce crops Experience as an Agronomist or working towards it Excellent relationship-building skills Organised and proactive with schedule management Ability to communicate clearly across various teams Curious and energetic with a genuine interest in crop improvement Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for a group of growers Walk crops weekly and advise on nutrition, pest and disease control, and husbandry Support growers with soil preparation, establishment, and crop performance Help plan drilling and harvest schedules alongside the wider team Work closely with seed and crop protection companies to stay ahead of new developments Support variety trials and improve growing systems Coordinate communication across growers, harvest teams, and the supply chain Provide crop forecasts and harvest predictions for customers Support product availability planning and quality expectations Assist with crop costings, benchmarking, and grower performance Contribute to continuous improvement across the grower base Technologies: Support Network More: We are a leading grower group dedicated to delivering top-quality crops while promoting sustainable farming practices.
