A specialist SEND school in Liverpool is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated Teaching Assistants (TA3) to join their vibrant staff team. This is a full-time role supporting pupils aged 3–19 with a wide range of needs including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Autism, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and associated medical or sensory needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Providing tailored support in classrooms and across the school day

2. Assisting with personal care, communication strategies, and sensory regulation

3. Supporting learning through play, structured routines, and therapeutic activities

4. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure holistic progress

5. Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive

What We’re Looking For:

6. Experience in SEND settings or a strong desire to learn

7. A calm, compassionate approach and a great sense of humour

8. Confidence supporting pupils with high needs, including non-verbal communication and physical care

9. Team spirit, flexibility, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
