Job Title: Morning & After School Club Manager Location: North West England, Lancashire, Brinscall Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £22 - £22.50 Per hour Job Description: Job Duties: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all activities and operations of the morning and after school club Develop and implement engaging and educational programmes for children Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children attending the club Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school officials Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, record-keeping, and reporting Required Qualifications: Experience working in a similar role within the education sector Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety regulations Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: A relevant degree in Education or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing educational programmes Knowledge of child development principles and best practises Excellent organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certification Experience working with children with special educational needs Previous experience in budget management Working Conditions: Full-time position with varying hours, including early mornings and afternoons Temporary role with the potential for extension Work environment includes indoor and outdoor activities All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
