Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am 4:45pm

A dynamic and high-performing educational institution in West London is seeking a proactive and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal front-office role that also encompasses Reception duties, making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing diaries and greeting visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as gatekeeper for the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence
* Coordinate and schedule Board meetings, including preparation and circulation of agendas and supporting documents
* Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
* Fulfil receptionist duties at the front desk, including welcoming guests and handling enquiries
* Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
