Job Description
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Chinese market.
4. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
5. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
6. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
7. Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
8. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
9. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
10. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager should have:
11. Experience working within a high-performance sales team.
12. An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
13. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
14. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin to effectively liaise with the Chinese market.
