Executive Assistant Opportunity: Manchester Construction & Engineering
£30,000 - £31,000 plus bonus, hybrid
We're seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to join our Construction and Engineering team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide comprehensive EA services to local teams, offering a degree of autonomy while ensuring you remain an integral part of the team.
Core benefits
* Equal all staff bonus based on the firm’s financial performance (which in 2024 came to £2,420.29 for every full time employee who has been with the firm for at least a year. The bonus is pro-rated so part-time employees also receive a bonus as well as staff who have been with the firm for less than a year.)

The Role and Responsibilities
This role provides comprehensive executive support, working closely with Team Leaders and Regional Executive Services Managers. You'll leverage internal resources, including Document Production and Administrative Assistants, to manage your workload effectively.
Key activities include, but are not limited to:
* Diary Management: Proactive and complex scheduling.
* Finance and Billing: Handling billing processes and financial administration.
* Client Service and Business Development support.
* Managing Workflow: Setting and prioritising your own work agenda.
You will be expected to manage multiple professionals and delegate where appropriate using the available support teams.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a natural organiser who thrives in a role that requires multi-tasking and interacting with a variety of people across the business.
Essential Experience:
* A minimum of 18 months of Executive Assistant (EA) experience is mandatory
* Experience working in a professional services environment is highly advantageous. Experience supporting lawyers or similar professionals is a plus
