Job Description
Maintaining positive customer relationships ensuring they are supported during breakdowns and providing professional telephone support for both internal, external and PLC related topics
Managing the hotline ticket systems for IT, facilities and controls
Ensuring accurate documentation is added to the system from calls had with customers
Attending sites during support office ours to support project works and training
Troubleshooting PLC problems with end customersCustomer Support Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Must be able to troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens TIA / Step 7 is advantageous)
Flexibility to travel when required
Strong customer service/support experience within a technical environment
