Join our team as an Approved Mental Health Professional in Croydon, earning an impressive £42 hourly as an experienced mental health social worker! What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments in line with the Mental Health Act and related legislation.
* Collaborate with service users and other professionals to develop effective care plans and interventions.
* Tackle complex cases head-on, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
* Prepare detailed, accurate reports and documentation.
* Operate independently under pressure and manage workloads effectively within a supportive team environment.
* Engage with service users with empathy and strong interpersonal prowess.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with current mental health policies and practices.
To be successful in this role, candidates must be an experienced Approved Mental Health Professional with a solid understanding of relevant legislation such as the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act. Excellent assessment and report writing skills are essential, as is a driver’s licence and access to a car.
