Location: Glasgow, Head Office. Job Type: Full time, permanent. Hours: 39.5 hours. Salary: £25,880.40 per annum plus target-related commission. Position
Service Delivery Scheduler– Glasgow
Purpose of role: provide proactive and reactive scheduling and allocation of engineering resources to customers by liaising with relevant departments and handling external and internal customer queries. Provide customer support regarding machine servicing, repairing and engineer scheduling. Ensure scheduling to achieve agreed KPIs and deliver excellent telephone assistance to customers. Provide field engineer support and high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
* Workforce planning and engineer monitoring / support
* Administration
* Liaise with Field Engineers and all key stakeholders
* Team collaboration and sharing best practice
* Control of parts, filters, boiler inspection, and planned maintenance (PM)
* Run service reports and deliver required tasks
* Deliver scheduling to agreed KPIs
Experience & Qualifications
Demonstrable experience of achieving targets in an office administration environment. You will have:
* Using IT to gather information and resolve queries
* Working as part of a team and supporting colleagues with initiative to work independently when required
* Handling customer queries
* Owning targets
* Providing excellent customer service
