Job Description:
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, implementation, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, and deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for end-to-end Implementation of the Oracle HCM cloud for our client with Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Absence, Time &Labor, and HR Help Desk modules.
You will be responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, testing, parallel payroll run strategy, and execution.
To perform these responsibilities, you must have had experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Payroll cloud implementations for UK customers.
Required
* Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty instead of every year of education.
* 15+ Years of experience in the implementation of Oracle ERP/Oracle SaaS applications
* Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience in Services/EPC organizations.
* Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of HCM processes and Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Absence, Time &Labor, and HR Help Desk modules.
* Experience in capturing functional and non-functional requirements.
* Required to have at least 4 or 5 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle HR modules.
* Ability to configure the Oracle HCM Modules to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.
