Responsibilities
As Sous Chef you will be working with our established kitchen team to ensure the best service possible is delivered to our guests daily. The Kitchen Team is passionate about all things food and takes pride in each dish they prepare. You will be based at the City Hotel Derry and part of a team that strives for excellence while balancing workload and ensuring high standards of service.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through brand standards. Experience working within a branded or hotel kitchen environment at supervisory level is essential.
