Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and effective negotiation skills to foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
* Utilise a CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
* Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring mutual benefit while adhering to company policies.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of services.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
* A knowledge of CRM software, for managing customer relationships effectively.
* Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable strategies.
* Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
* Proficient in project management principles to oversee various initiatives from inception to completion.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
