The Role
1. Responsible for processing import and export documentation.
2. Ensuring a high level of compliance and accuracy.
3. Updating tracking systems and monitoring delays.
4. Provide high level customer service and resolve any queries promptly.
The Right Person
5. A strong administrator, ideally with previous experience working within a previous customs/ logistics position.
6. Ability to work within tight time frames and be an excellent communicator.
7. IT proficiency, good with numbers and ability to pick up on new systems quickly.
8. A customer service professional, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
The package for this role includes a salary of £28,000- £30,000 depending on experience, alongside a wider benefits package which can be discussed upon meeting with Honeycomb. This role is based in Armagh and offers a working week of Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm, with flexibility for hybrid working.
