This is more than an operations role its a chance to run your own mini-site, set direction, develop people, and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth. The Impact Youll Make As Value Stream Leader, youll have end-to-end responsibility for manufacturing performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (PSQDC). Youll: Lead and develop a multi-functional manufacturing team, creating a culture where people feel empowered, supported, and accountable Own the operational plan, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, in full, and to specification Champion the One Dechra Production System (ODPS), embedding continuous improvement into daily thinking Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, MS&T, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain to ensure robust, reliable operations Drive new product introductions, tech transfers and lifecycle projects through strong cross-functional leadership Build and deliver CAPEX and capacity plans to support the next 5 years of site growth Ensure your value stream is always inspection-ready, operating to the highest cGMP and compliance standards What Success Looks Like Youll know youre succeeding when: Production targets are consistently met on time, in full, within budget Your team is engaged, capable and proud of what they deliver Quality issues are resolved swiftly and sustainably Continuous improvement is part of everyday behaviour CAPEX projects land on time and deliver real business value People genuinely enjoy coming to work What Youll Bring Youre a confident, authentic leader who brings people with you. Youll likely have: Extensive experience leading in a regulated / compliance-driven manufacturing environment A strong operational foundation across production, engineering, quality and facilities The ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and balance people and performance Experience with Lean / Operational Excellence methodologies Knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory expectations Lean Six Sigma accreditation (desirable) Most importantly, youll lead in a way that reflects Dechras values with integrity, energy and ambition.
