Job Title: Office Administrator (with Data Analysis Responsibilities) Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday About the Role: Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their team in Kidlington. This is a varied role that combines traditional administrative responsibilities with data input and analysis tasks. The ideal candidate will be confident using Microsoft Excel and able to interpret data to support business operations and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * General administrative duties including document management, filing, and office coordination * Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone, post) * Data input and maintenance of accurate records and databases * Collecting, organising, and analysing data to produce basic reports and summaries * Creating and maintaining spreadsheets using Excel (including use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts) * Supporting internal teams with data-led insights and information tracking * Assisting in streamlining office processes and improving administrative efficiency * Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR Skills & Experience Required: * Previous experience in an office-based administrative role * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc.) * Confident working with data and generating basic reports * Excellent organisational and time-management skills * High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Good verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) * Ability to work independently and as part of a small team What Our Client Will Offer: * A supportive and friendly working environment * Opportunities to grow your skills in data and administration * On-site parking and local transport links Ardour Associates values diversity and promotes equality.
