Benefits: Starting wage of £17-18 per hour, increasing to £20-21 after diagnostic training Average earnings of £47,000 with shift allowance and Saturday enhancements (£54,000 after training) Additional overtime available at time and a half Rotating two-week shift pattern: Week 1 (06:00–15:30, Monday–Friday); Week 2 (14:00–00:00, Mon–Thurs; 14:30–22:00, Friday) 15% late-shift premium during afternoon/evening shifts Two paid Saturdays per month at overtime rate Ongoing IRTEC and Manufacturer training provided to enhance your skills Opportunities for career progression within a well-established, expanding business Duties: Diagnose and repair a range of faults on vans and light commercial vehicles as a dedicated LCV Technician Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards Carry out fault diagnostics efficiently and accurately Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic systems and vehicle technology Support colleagues in a team-oriented workshop environment Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards within set timeframes Contribute to a positive, professional workshop culture Specification: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or similar qualification Proven experience working as an LCV Technician within a dealership or workshop setting Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Positive attitude with a proactive approach and willingness to learn Ability to work within a team and adapt to a rotating shift pattern If you are an experienced LCV Technician ready to advance your career with a forward-thinking dealership, we want to hear from you.
