On-Site International are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for work in Europe. The role will be a work from home position candidates will be required to travel to sites in Europe when required.

Rate:
* €55/hour
* Travel & accomodation covered when travelling to sites in Europe.
Duties:
* Responsible for the commercial management of electrical installation packages on large-scale data centre construction projects
* Preparing and managing cost plans, valuations, variations, subcontractor procurement, contract administration, cost reporting, and final accounts
* Monitoring project budgets & assessing commercial risks
* Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors

Required:
* Quantity Surveyor Qualification
* 5+ years experience in a similar role
* Willing to travel out to Europe for meetings when required
