Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Salary: £38,000 – £41,000 + up to 25% Bonus + Benefits

An experienced Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Catering Manager who thrives in a high-volume environment and is ready to make a real impact. You’ll be hands-on, detail-focused, and passionate about food, people, and performance.
Perfectly positioned between Southampton and Winchester, Eastleigh is a vibrant and growing town with excellent transport links and a strong local community. With a steady stream of guests from the adjacent Premier Inn, your kitchen will always be full of energy and opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and motivating your kitchen team with energy and passion
* Managing stock, food margins, and kitchen standards
* Owning food safety, audits, and compliance
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development
* Driving performance through regular 1:1s and coaching
* Delivering consistent, high-quality dishes to spec
* Working closely with a supportive General Manager who knows the kitchen inside out
