The role involves collecting patients from their homes, ensuring they have their appointment cards, medications, and home security, then assisting them safely into your vehicle.
Patients will be able-bodied individuals capable of entering the vehicle with minimal assistance.
You must have a valid, full driving licence with no more than three penalty points, own a vehicle with at least four seats, four doors, and seat belts in front and rear.
The Trust will reimburse mileage at rates compliant with HM Revenue and Customs: 45p per mile up to 10,000 miles, then 25p per mile above 10,000 miles, with a passenger allowance of 5p per passenger per mile.

Detailed responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of service as per contractual obligations
* Maintain personal hygiene and a smart-casual dress code (no beach shorts, vests, flip flops)
* Keep your vehicle clean and tidy
* No smoking or vaping in the vehicle during duties
* Assist in infection control measures

* Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 penalty points
* Knowledge of geographic areas
References from current and previous employers covering at least 3 years are required. All appointments are subject to a clean disciplinary record. A no-smoking policy is in place.
