We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a dynamic senior leadership team within a growing global luxury brand in the technology space. This role requires a confident professional with exceptional discretion, a strong service mindset, and the ability to deliver with speed and accuracy across a wide range of responsibilities.
The Executive Assistant will act as a pivotal link across the organisation, ensuring smooth coordination of finance, HR, administration, operations, office management, logistics, and international processes. Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day executive support to senior leadership, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
* Liaise across departments to support finance, HR, operations, and logistics activities, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
* Prepare and manage documentation, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the senior team.
* Assist with HR administration: onboarding, contracts, training coordination, and maintaining employee records.
* Support finance tasks, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and liaising with suppliers.
* Oversee office management and facilities management, ensuring a well-organised, efficient, and professional workplace.
* Manage data systems, including data management, data security, IT and systems administration.
* Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including board meetings, team offsites, and client visits.
* Oversee international shipping, taxation management, and product delivery coordination.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role supporting senior leaders.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Solid IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience in data management, IT systems, and facilities oversight.
* International business experience is highly desirable – US experience in particular is strongly preferred.
* Experience supporting finance, HR, or operations functions.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
