Permanent, Part Time 21 hours per week to cover Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, overlapping with your Job Share on a Wednesday.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with creativity, drive and enthusiasm to join our Short Breaks Home for Disabled Children as Registered Manager on a Job Share basis. Our home offers child-centred care and fun opportunities to children with disabilities and so requires workers who are motivated to achieve good outcomes for children and young people.
Your role as Registered Manager will be to support the smooth running of the home which offers short breaks to up to 5 children ages ranging from 8 to 18 with varying needs to include complex health and learning difficulties.
We have a strong joined up working network across all our Disabled Childrens Homes meeting as a management team a minimum of monthly to share good practice and to support each other.
This role requires an interview with Ofsted following appointment, and the standards of the home need to be in line with Ofsted requirements. We are inspected twice a year to maintain our Ofsted registration.
The role at times will require flexibility to cover on call and some evening working.
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
