Job Title: 121 SEN TA - Blackburn Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackburn Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £90 - £95 Per day Job Duties: Provide one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Support classroom teachers in delivering tailored lessons to meet the needs of SEN students Help students with learning difficulties to engage with the curriculum Encourage independence and self-confidence in SEN students Required Qualifications: A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Experience: Prior experience working with students with Special Educational Needs Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN support strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff Patience and empathy when working with SEN students Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN support Working Conditions: Work in a classroom setting within a school environment Full-Time hours with occasional flexibility required May involve assisting students with personal care tasks All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
