Role: Internal Communications and Student Campaigns Officer
Hours: 31 hours Temporary. Part – Time (Maternity Cover)
Location: Altrincham
The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications and Student Campaigns Officer to join the marketing team and help achieve our vision of unlocking potential for successful futures.
What you’ll do
* Lead student‑focused campaigns that inform, inspire and drive participation.
* Manage our colleague newsletter and Hub updates with timely, engaging content.
* Coordinate our group‑wide communications planner.
* Produce creative video and visual content.
* Act as a trusted contact for comms support across the organisation.
* Champion our brand and support crisis communications when needed.
* Measure impact and share insights to drive improvement.
* Support wider marketing activity and contribute positively to team culture.
About You
* Strong writing and proofing skills.
* Ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
* Excellent organisation, adaptability and stakeholder skills.
* A creative, enthusiastic and solutions‑focused mindset.
Experience within the FE sector is highly desirable.

In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the Director of HR & Performance due to the candidate’s current salary, experience or qualifications.
