Overview
As a Medical Fitness Booking Cell Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting the Royal Air Force Officer and Airman recruitment process. You’ll arrange, coordinate and record medical and fitness appointments for candidates, ensuring accuracy, professionalism and excellent customer experience. Your work will help keep the recruitment pipeline running smoothly, supporting both candidates and Armed Forces Careers Offices, and ensuring that all activity meets customer expectations and contractual HADES requirements.
Responsibilities
* Create and maintain accurate candidate information and records
* Respond quickly and professionally to candidate enquiries
* Prioritise workload to meet key performance indicators
* Liaise daily with Careers Offices, candidates and third-party contractors managing GP and fitness bookings
* Carry out additional administrative duties in support of the recruitment contract
This full-time role is based on site at RAF Cranwell, working 39 hours per week, scheduled to work 8 hours Monday-Thursday and 7 hours on Fridays.
Qualifications
* UK Driving Licence
* Security Clearance: able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC)
