Brand and Marketing Manager

Immediate start - Consumer Brand & Marketing Manager role - 6 mth FTC based London. Hybrid role.

Salary: £45,000 - £53,000 per annum; Location: Greater London, Central London; Job Type: Freelance

Are you a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer ready to take ownership of a leading UK travel operator? Are you available now for this 6 mth FTC - immediate start!

We’re looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead campaign planning, champion the brand, and deliver meaningful customer and business growth.

Purpose of the Role As Marketing & Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in how customers see, feel, and connect with this travel operator. You’ll manage high-impact campaigns, develop their brand positioning, and lead relationships with marketing agencies and national industry groups. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where your ideas will directly influence customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the creation and delivery of our annual marketing plan, driving business growth through innovation and insight.
* Champion the brand – defining, deploying, and protecting both identity and voice across all channels.
* Manage above-the-line campaigns that engage customers, promote retail innovation, and deliver measurable ROI.
* Oversee agency partnerships, ensuring creativity, efficiency, and strong commercial performance.
* Align marketing activity with CRM and digital strategies to grow loyalty, increase travel frequency, and drive channel shift.
* Build partnerships and sponsorships with key local organisations to amplify our marketing reach.


About You

* At least 5 years’ experience in Consumer marketing campaign management and brand leadership - ideally within Travel, Leisure or Hospitality sectors
* A strategic thinker with creative flair, commercial acumen, and strong analytical ability.
* Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and 7-figure budgets.
* Excellent communicator with strong project management and stakeholder skills.
* Able to inspire teams, manage agencies, and deliver marketing excellence in a fast-paced environment.
