Estate Manager 12 hour Day Shifts 5 on 2 off, 5 on 3 off London SW18 £50k Per Annum Confident and diplomatic Estate Manager required to manage this high end modern residential development in Wandsworth. The Estate Manager’s role is to manage their scheme to the company’s standards and to provide Residents with a professional service in a polite, fair and efficient manner. Key responsibilities will include supervising the Concierge team and covering the reception desk whenever required to include lunch breaks, carrying out regular inspections of the site and identifying and logging any maintenance, cleaning and Health & Safety issues, ensuring that the office files are always updated with the details of Leaseholders, Sub-tenants, Managing Agents, overseeing the safekeeping of apartment keys and regularly check all the key cabinets and the keys log sheets, managing office supplies, liaising with the Cleaning Supervisor to ensure good housekeeping of the development, overseeing the control of the car park, having a good understanding of the Building Safety Act, and being available for senior management meetings and report processing as required. The Estate Manager should have solid Previous Property/Estate management experience, leadership & influencing skills, excellent communication and problem solving skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes
